THE BRIEF
“REACHING FOR HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS AND A JOURNEY TO RENEW THE SPIRIT, MIND AND BODY” is the mantra of Simplyh.com. Founded by the “Modern Medicine Man” Dr. Richard Visser in 1999, Simplyh.com was conceived as an extension of the Visser Wellness and Research Center, with the aim of offering holistic medicine to the masses. Simplyh wanted to create an environment that would bring together the world’s experts in Alternative and Holistic practices and offer complimenting products and services.

WHAT THEY HAD
Simplyh.com already had a small website when they pulled into our garage. Sadly, the appearance of the website did not fully portray the extent of services offered and an unfriendly navigation system did not encourage online sales.

WHAT THEY NEEDED
Simply put, Simplyh.com needed a site with powerful ecommerce tools and better visuals of their growing product lines. They needed a site that would entice visitors into other areas, create a sense of wellness and trust, and ultimately create loyalty.

WHAT WE GAVE THEM
We created a thoroughly modern, yet simple to use website with powerful tools for both customers and employees. We developed systems and modules that capture and sales, accounting and logistical data. Information about new products can be easily updated in-house. Simplyh.com have seen a staggering 75% increase in sales since the launch of the new website, and customer retention has increased from 30% to over 80%.
