THE BRIEF
Clean & Clean are an international dry-cleaning empire that originated in Spain; their growth is fuelled by franchises around the world. By modernizing processes, Clean & Clean have radically changed the way in which traditional dry-cleaners operate. They were also one of the first dry-cleaning companies to offer environmentally-friendly cleaning solutions. They wished to enter the US market and were very impressed by our dual-language sites which appeal to both American and Hispanic customers. In a commodity-driven industry, Clean & Clean offer exceptional quality and service at significantly lower prices. State-of-the-art equipment allows customers to collect dry-cleaning at the touch of a button, through 24hr automated dispensing units – another first from the company.

WHAT THEY HAD
Clean & Clean had an old and outdated site that did not reflect their modern equipment, state-of-the-art technology, forward thinking philosophies and respect for the environment. Their site utilized poor graphic imagery and did not appeal to the needs or desires of the US market in which they are entering.

WHAT THEY NEEDED
Clean & Clean needed a presence that would appeal to the US and Latin American markets, where the company is expanding. They needed a website and collateral materials that would convey trust to potential franchisees and new customers, whilst creating an exciting and unique look to an otherwise old-fashioned industry.
